Theatresports. You’ve heard of it. The weekly insane improv show that draws sell-out houses to the New Varscona Theatre at 10329-83 Ave., Edmonton every Friday at 11pm.

Teams of improvisors battle in our squared circle. No political figure is safe, no preconception left unprodded.Shout out your suggestions and watch a scene evolve. Maybe with three actors speaking with one voice, maybe without mentioning the letter “t”, maybe in a myriad of film genres. Maybe even see the story of your first date with that person you’re with tonight. Maybe even get pulled onstage to help out. However it all happens, you will be involved in a way recorded media can not provide, and you will laugh until it becomes a form of abdominal exercise.

Two hours of straight-up laughs – no one knows what’s coming!

Tickets: $10.00 everybody $8.00 for members
